QASA News - Able-Disabled Art Exhibition

QASA and Josephs’ Incorporated Attorneys will once again stage the Annual Able-Disabled Art Exhibition to create knowledge about disability. The exhibition will be held at the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens from 3 to 10 August 2007.
The exhibition is also an awareness campaign about Spinal Cord Injury and its impact. Artworks can be entered into four categories: (1) Incident; (2) Hospitalisation; (3) Rehabilitation; and (4) Life After – The Message of Hope. (Picture: QASA will hold the Annual Art Exhibition at Kirstenbosch in August.)Two types of art will be accepted – pictorial art such as paintings, sketches, prints and photographs; and physical objects which have personal significance regarding the impact of spinal cord injury. Entries must fit into one of the four categories listed. Anyone can enter either category.
